In this role, you will provide dedicated support to a single customer, navigating both the rewarding and challenging aspects of this position. Your responsibilities will include independently troubleshooting and resolving a variety of database issues. While you will have the support of an experienced DBA team, we are looking for a self-starter who can effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain proactive, clear communication with both the customer and Everfox management.
