Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent consulting services to our clients and will assist in delivering Oracle Cloud projects. You will address client objectives with your cloud knowledge and business acumen while providing consulting services to help them optimize their Oracle Cloud solutions. It is critical to understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and deliver comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our talented Cloud Optimization team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan, and implement Cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Must have a solid understanding and work experience as an Oracle Cloud Program Manager
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager
• Experience overseeing implementation projects in the Oracle Cloud space
• Have 2-3 full lifecycle as a hands-on Oracle Cloud Project Manager
• Ability to demonstrate strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Public Sector experience is required with healthcare/commercial system experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
• PMP or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred
• Must already be living in the US
• Be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Program Management for Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP projects
• Provide strategic direction and governance for company-wide vision and standards
• Partner with leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to keep project alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver meaningful outcomes for customer and practice success
• Execute cross-functional initiatives and may manage multiple projects
• Understand and engage in effective discussions regarding Oracle systems and operational processes with end users and across various disciplines, including functional, technical, project/change management, as well as operations
• Manage and monitor Oracle Cloud projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Lead a team of consultants and client personnel through different project phases and build relationships while overseeing projects
• Serve as the primary liaison to effectuate clear communication and alignment on project priorities and technology solutions.
