As a Senior Operator, you won’t just run equipment — you’ll help shape the processes, standards, and future of production from day one. You’ll work in an engineering‑driven, pilot environment, collaborating closely with leadership, process development, and production teams to test, improve, and scale new technology. Requirements

5–7 years of hands‑on experience operating converting or inline finishing equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in manufacturing, converting, packaging, or pilot/engineering environments
Proven ability to lead crews and work independently with minimal supervision
Continuous‑improvement mindset — you enjoy solving problems and making things better
Ability to work safely in fast‑moving production environments

Responsibilities

Lead production crews and operate pilot‑level converting and inline finishing equipment
Set up, run, troubleshoot, and optimize production lines to meet quality, waste, and productivity standards
Operate and adjust ancillary and inline equipment (labeling, gluing, applicators, rotary cutters, etc.)
Perform minor mechanical repairs, webbing, tension adjustments, and equipment changeovers
Partner with engineering and site leadership to identify improvements and influence new processes
Train and mentor operators, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Ensure accurate tracking of production data, materials, and line counts
Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Support a collaborative pilot‑site culture where ideas are encouraged and tested
