About The Position

Looking for a candidate who is Senior Operator 2 or can develop into a Senior Operator 2. In collaboration with the project team, a senior operator will execute complex experiments, prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and recommend process improvements. They will need to troubleshoot a diverse set of equipment and instrumentation, identify roadblocks, and take initiative to develop solutions to problems. A senior operator will understand FSMA guidelines and follow detailed protocols for proper food-grade cleaning, sample handling, and equipment maintenance. Role Overview As a Senior Operator II in R&D, you will collaborate with project teams to execute experiments. You’ll apply scientific principles to optimize production processes, interpret results, and contribute to innovative solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach, technical curiosity, and a willingness to solve non-routine challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical / Electrical Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex experiments and process studies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Interpret experimental data and support next-step recommendations.
• Operate an array of lab equipment and instrumentation effectively.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues arising from shifting priorities or complex situations.
• Complete proper documentation for experiment, HAACP, and FSMA procedures.
