Act as the go-to expert on product and store innovation, ensuring training strategies align with evolving operational needs and innovation priorities. Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that support new product rollouts, store innovations, and operational enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate innovative initiatives into scalable training solutions that drive adoption and performance. Project manage training initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Continuously evaluate training effectiveness, using data and feedback to refine content and delivery methods. Provide strategic change management support to store operations and field teams, helping them navigate and implement innovation-driven changes.
