The Senior Operations Training Manager will s upport F&B, Retail and DPI and develop innovative training strategies, lead process improvement efforts, and be an advocate for change. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, design and activation of training strategies in support of line of business and resort priorities, build strategic and sustainable relationships with Operations leadership teams, own the integration and sustainment of Disneyland Resort training processes and standards, assess training efficiency for hourly and salaried Cast. This role will work closely with Operations leaders, Experience Optimization (EO) Product Optimization (PO), and Documentation teams to design and implement training strategies to support business needs. Interested candidates should have a flexible schedule considering all days of the week, times of day, and may flex based on business priorities, audience and training needs . This role will report to the Sr Mgr-Ops Training & Development.
