About The Position

Arm's Solution Engineering group is seeking a Senior Operations Training & Compliance Manager to design, lead, and scale training programs that enhance operational excellence, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across all Solution Engineering functions! This individual will play a key role in developing and delivering operations-focused training, ensuring all programs align with Arm's ISO quality standards, QMS processes, and operational frameworks. The role combines instructional design, content management, and hands-on training delivery to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance across global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in operations training, quality systems, or compliance within the semiconductor, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and QMS implementation in engineering organizations.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering technical or operations training to global teams.
  • Skilled in instructional design, content development, and use of modern training tools (LMS platforms, e-learning software).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and disciplines in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies covering operational processes, quality systems, compliance, and best practices across Solution Engineering.
  • Lead onboarding, recurring certification, and upskilling programs for engineering and operations staff.
  • Serve as lead instructor for key operations and QMS courses.
  • Design engaging learning materials (presentations, e-modules, videos, reference guides) tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Define and maintain a centralized repository for training materials and records (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or LMS).
  • Ensure all training programs meet ISO 9001 compliance and support audit readiness.
  • Track participation, completion rates, and effectiveness metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Operations, PMO, Quality, and Engineering leaders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide feedback loops to leadership for refining operational workflows and documentation.
