About The Position

The Senior Operations Support Specialist is responsible for managing the integration of insurance products and services into the company’s existing systems. This role reports to the Operation Support Manager and includes a diverse range of activities. It provides a unique opportunity to learn the ePremium business from the ground up, gain a foundational understanding of the individual functions and the ability to progress into a more senior role within business based on abilities and career preferences. The role forms part of a small team which supports several key business functions including Account Management, Customer Services, Finance and Marketing. The successful candidate will have the ability to expand the role and exercise a degree of autonomy as experience in the role increases.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in data support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to meet the requirements of scheduled activities while balancing competing priorities
  • Desire to progress and learn new skills
  • A results orientated attitude and ability to improvise when required
  • Commitment to meeting the needs of fellow employees and external customers
  • Ability to learn proprietary software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • U.S. work authorization
  • Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50lbs
  • High School Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of insurance products and services.
  • Perform complex data entry tasks, assigned by Operation Support Manager.
  • Navigate multiple systems, including project management software.
  • Complete short and long-term special projects on an ad-hoc basis to assist cross functional teams.
  • Monitor team email box and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Operations Support Specialist Team Lead and Operations Support Manager in the delivery of ad hoc tasks and activities, including mailroom operations.
