About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a senior operations specialist. In this role, you will partner with group managers to design and implement strategic data to meet group or company goals. You will perform complex statistical analysis and apply analysis to initiatives that support business strategies. The position requires processing broad-based technical and business knowledge to anticipate emerging issues and recommending subsequent strategies and business directions. You will manage or participate in large cross-group projects, make decisions on matters with some financial impact and risk, and collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Additionally, you will complete and oversee daily reviews of moderately complex supplier account activities throughout the source-to-pay processes and successfully drive the quality assurance of suppliers onboarding through our Ariba platform through second-level review, monitoring, and tracking deficiencies efficiently.
