This position will support the AFSC Consolidated Sustainment Activity Group Supply resources in the performance of financial, technical, analytical and reporting activities required for Air Force budget and asset management. The individual in this role will provide requirements, financial management and operations research analysis for the development of CSAG-S budget and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements. These activities shall provide management with the key information to improve the CSAG-S budget and POM forecasting efforts. Tasks required are directly in support of requirements and budget determination activities for the Air Force and support the USAF Spares Requirements Review Board (SRRB) and Planning for DLA Managed Consumables (PDMC). Additionally, this individual will conduct various types of specialized cost, schedule, technical, performance and program data research efforts in support of the AFSC mission. Will conduct analytical investigations, develop analysis methods and techniques. These efforts shall include data collection/normalization and analysis; development of estimating relationships; development of, or calibration of, models, queries, statistical process control tools, supply processes, procedures/operations and cost growth factor analysis of weapons system supply support programs. Will be responsible for the technical and statistical validity of studies, advice AFSC metrics personnel of the results and implications of studies for which responsible particularly in relation to advances in scientific knowledge and techniques in fields applicable to performance measurement of the supply chain program.
