We’re looking for a Senior Operations Project Manager who brings both strategic horsepower and operational grit. Someone who doesn’t just manage projects, but moves organizations forward, improves patient experience, and leaves systems better than they found them. Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare operations, ideally within a value-based care environment
  • Hands-on experience with: Medicare Advantage Population Health, HEDIS, and HCC coding Claims, utilization management, and care management Launching and sustaining clinical programs Entering and supporting new health plan markets
  • Strong command of project management tools such as Smartsheet and MS Project
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • BA/BS in Business, Healthcare Management — or 10+ years of healthcare operations project management experience
  • You’re known for your follow-through , collaboration, and ability to lead through influence
  • You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve
  • You combine analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills
  • You’re equally effective in the details and the big picture
  • You enjoy working with people across the organization — no matter their title

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or MHA preferred
  • PMP or PgMP certification required

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high-visibility operational initiatives from concept through execution — and see them stick
  • Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams independently, solving problems before they become barriers
  • Drive performance across key healthcare metrics including HEDIS, KPIs, coding accuracy, and quality outcomes
  • Evaluate indirect team performance, providing clear feedback and driving continuous improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure organizational priorities are executed, documented, and scalable
  • Develop and facilitate external-facing Joint Operating Committees with health plans and provider partners
  • Ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and welcoming for patients and staff
  • Navigate compliance requirements including OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, and risk programs
  • Communicate with confidence — whether you’re writing executive-ready materials or presenting to senior leadership
