About The Position

Requirements

• 8 years of professional experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• 4+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Operations/Distribution/Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced financial and business acumen.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience
• Cold Chain experience
• Six Sigma training and exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong PC skills and ability to use McKesson's suite of applications.
• Experience with DEA regulation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities of various functional departments.
• Review and analyze reports, records, and directives to obtain data for planning activities.
• Ensure materials are received properly, delivered to inventory, and shipped in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze costs and contribute to budget preparation.
• Build and sustain a productive and safe work environment.
• Manage employee attraction, engagement, and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies and safety regulations.
• Actively oversee outbound operations and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operations meet desired output and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze costs to assist in budget management.
