About The Position
The Senior Operations Manager at Wabtec Corporation is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all manufacturing activities within the facility. This role focuses on driving safety, productivity, and quality while ensuring on-time shipments and meeting sales and cost objectives. The manager will develop strategies, manage scheduling and cost controls, and implement continuous improvements to achieve high-impact business results that satisfy both shareholders and customers.
