Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience on a Government Contract site supporting Government Agencies
  • Minimum of 5 years of strong analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting, oversight, and documentation for Government Contract service projects
  • Experience supporting operational requirements in a structured, compliance-driven environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 Suite experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with or for a Law Enforcement Agency
  • Previous Government Contracts experience
  • Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and operational support to all staff assigned to the program, including coordination with relevant Corporate divisions
  • Participate in program and customer meetings; communicate and disseminate customer policies, procedures, and clarifications to program staff as required
  • Interpret and apply customer requirements to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet established quality standards
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and develop recommendations related to employee performance and compensation adjustments
  • Support the onboarding and off-boarding of program personnel, including coordination of start dates, role transitions, security briefings, departure timelines, and required documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program objectives
