This role will serve as the operational expert and primary point of accountability for Greenhouse (Recruiting), PayCom (Provider Staffing & Shift Management), and Salesforce (Facility Sales & Operations CRM), while producing executive-level reporting that drives decision-making across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong systems thinking, operational judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights.
