About The Position

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager with at least a Secret clearance to work on-site in Arlington, VA supporting a government customer. The Operation Manager will act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the ASRC Federal team supporting the customer.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position preferred. Associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience or general development education with 14+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS.
• Experience supporting Department of War staff organizations
• 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Minimum of an active DoD Secret clearance required. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
• Provides direct line of communication to corporate leadership
• Oversees contractor execution of the task order requirements.
• Management of Defense Travel System
• Management of ETMS2/TMT
• Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
• Develop training for team
• Works with the talent acquisition team to identify qualified candidates
