Requirements

  • Executive Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior operations, management, or leadership roles, ideally in public relations, marketing, communications, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Demonstrated experience collaborating with C-suite executives on company-wide strategic initiatives, driving long-term business growth, and translating high-level objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Decision Support: Collaborating with the executive & leadership teams to guide policy decisions, develop a long-term strategy, and provide operational insights for informed decision-making.
  • High-Level Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Experience handling complex, high-stakes operational challenges and resolving them through innovative, strategic solutions. Ability to assess risks, identify opportunities, and proactively address operational bottlenecks.
  • Financial Stewardship: Strong financial acumen, including expertise in managing budgets, profit & loss analysis, financial forecasting, and cash-flow management. Ability to drive profitability through cost-control measures and efficient resource allocation.
  • High Integrity & Confidentiality: A trusted, high-integrity individual with a track record of exercising discretion and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with all external vendors, outsourced partners, and service providers, ensuring that all business partnerships drive value and align with Inprela’s long-term goals. Including contract negotiations.
  • Compliance & HR Leadership: Experience managing HR functions to ensure all operations comply with internal policies, legal standards, and industry best practices. Proven ability to foster a strong, collaborative company culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A visionary leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, comfortable taking calculated risks, making strategic decisions, and adapting to shifting business dynamics.
