You will manage all internal operational departments, including warehouse, production, duplication, fulfillment, digital print, and facilities across multiple local sites. You will be responsible for capacity and resource planning, scheduling, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards. You will collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest standards of learning and development. You will collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, customer satisfaction, and customer requirements. You will be responsible for local operations cost margins. In collaboration with cost accounting and customer-facing staff, you will set pricing, capture ongoing costs, and drive costs down. Requirements

  • Well-rounded with solid operations experience in the following areas: assembly, kitting, warehouse/inventory management, digital duplication, and print.

Responsibilities
