Operations is critical to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives to meet organizational objectives.

  • Oversee and optimize operational activities within the market to ensure efficient processes.
  • Implement operational strategies and initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide effective leadership and management for the local operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the operations department.
  • Contribute to the development of materials and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills of operations team members.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions in conjunction with national teams.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making within operations.
  • Report and measure key performance metrics, using dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement measures to optimize operations and reduce costs.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction management, project management, or architecture field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proven track record in driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience in learning and development, business intelligence, risk management, process optimization, and technology integration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
