This role be onsite at our Frisco, TX office. You are the Senior Operations Manager, LegalZoom Registered Agent Services, responsible for managing a team of hourly employees and Assistant Managers, across multiple facilities and offices. You will lead the team to consistently delight our customers, through flawless execution of our mail and legal documents acceptance, scanning, and processing services, while promoting a highly performing, safe and inclusive work environment. The person in this role will also work cross functionally and will communicate with state government agencies and law offices as is necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an operations leadership role in manufacturing / logistics / supply chain, managing a large group facility (over 20 hourly employees).
  • Experience managing skip level employees, including people managers across multiple, dispersed locations.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving continuous process improvement projects and identifying efficiencies in order to increase productivity.
  • Strong track record of problem solving and solid analytical skill with the ability to find solutions for a variety of operational challenges.
  • Experience operating in a large scale, fast pace, and process-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience playing a key role in the launch of new operational production or manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong familiarity and exposure to Lean Six Sigma concepts, including its real-life application.
  • Proven experience and passion around driving high employee engagement and building high performance work teams.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and build a high performing team of Registered Agent Operators and Assistant Managers across multiple sites.
  • Lead the execution and delivery of all targeted business plan metrics including quality, output, productivity, cost, safety and people.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and mentorship to staff with a focus on high employee engagement, morale, collaboration, and retention of high performing staff.
  • Drive and lead continuous process improvement projects and identify process efficiencies in order to increase productivity and eliminate waste.
  • Own and manage the labor planning process for the sites to ensure that optimal staffing is met in order to consistently deliver output, throughput, and customer delight goals.
  • Assist in the launch of new LegalZoom Registered Agent offices in order to scale the business.
  • Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's values, policies, and procedures.
