Octane is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented leader to oversee our Credit Reporting and Dispute Management functions. In this critical role, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on CDIA/Metro 2 reporting, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)/Reg V, and other related regulatory frameworks that govern consumer credit data. You will own and evolve Octane's credit reporting program from end to end, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence. You'll manage a team of dispute analysts and collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Servicing, Operations, and Technology teams, and drive process improvement initiatives that enhance both regulatory adherence and the customer experience.
