About The Position
This leadership position is responsible for the culture and operational performance of Assembly Operations at Bruno. The role involves mentoring the Assembly team and applying Lean and operational principles to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets. The leader will also develop the vision and strategy for the plant, collaborate with Engineering on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for new products, and establish a roadmap for automation and process technology improvements.
