About The Position

Clarity Pediatrics is revolutionizing pediatric chronic care in a fragmented $100B industry by providing virtual access to multi-specialty care for common chronic conditions such as ADHD, allergies, asthma, and obesity. The company recently secured a substantial Series A funding, raising $25M from leading VCs. The Senior Operations Associate will support the provider operations function, focusing on executing and maintaining the day-to-day systems that support the clinical team. This includes ensuring accurate scheduling, clean data, and smooth onboarding and operations. The role is critical for enabling providers to deliver care efficiently and involves close collaboration with the Director of Provider Operations and partnership with Clinical, RCM, and Talent teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, biz ops, consulting, or similar roles
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and operational tools
  • Reliable and execution-focused—you follow through and catch details others miss
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Clear communicator and strong team player
  • Interest in healthcare and improving care delivery

Responsibilities

  • Execute provider operations workflows
  • Manage provider schedules and ensure calendar accuracy
  • Execute onboarding workflows for new providers, ensuring all steps are completed on time
  • Track and support provider incentives and operational processes
  • Maintain documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Update and manage provider data in Airtable and other systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across scheduling and operations
  • Run regular audits to identify and correct errors
  • Troubleshoot basic provider-facing issues (scheduling, tools, workflows)
  • Support provider ramp and onboarding experience
  • Help ensure providers have what they need to operate effectively
  • Assist with clinical program operations (e.g., group scheduling support)
  • Coordinate with internal teams on operational needs
  • Support with licensing and credentialing coordination as needed
