About The Position
Wilton Re Services, Inc. is looking for a Senior Operations Associate that can apply data analytics, problem solving, and project management skills to both acquisition integration programs and on-going management of in force policies. This position requires insurance industry experience including product knowledge, and although not required, some understanding of accounting and statutory reporting concepts is desired. A candidate must also have experience in not only structuring and managing high-touch projects, but also facilitating solutions in different subject areas. A candidate can expect to grow knowledge in the following: Direct, Ceded, and Assumed insurance concepts across life, annuity, and Long Term Care (LTC) products; All aspects of integrating acquired blocks including administration during transition period, policy conversion, process integration, and data integration; All aspects of insurance operations including policy owner services, claims, actuarial, regulatory reporting and compliance, accounting, and financial reporting.
