About The Position
As a Senior Operations Associate on the Open Market Benefits Operations team at Justworks, you will actively contribute to managing our relationship with carriers and play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of data. This role involves engaging in collaborative problem-solving, working closely with Operations peers and members of tech and business teams to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and streamlining processes. You will perform day-to-day operations for all Open Market offerings, resolve escalated issues with insurance carriers, collect plan and pricing data, and support system implementation of new benefits. This position offers several growth paths for those who meet or exceed expectations.
