About The Position

This role offers the chance to shape and protect the public perception of multiple high-profile brands in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The Senior Online Reputation Manager will lead efforts to monitor and influence brand presence across AI-generated search results, online review platforms, and social communities. You will develop data-driven strategies to improve reputation, optimize brand visibility, and generate organic traffic while collaborating closely with SEO, PR, marketing, and customer support teams. This position emphasizes proactive monitoring, cross-functional coordination, and the creation of scalable playbooks for reputation management. Your work will directly impact brand trust, user engagement, and business growth metrics. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while being at the forefront of reputation management in an AI-driven world.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online reputation management, brand strategy, or communications.
  • Proven track record of creating, scaling, and leading reputation programs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of digital PR platforms (Trustpilot, Sitejabber) and search visibility strategies.
  • Experience managing and engaging with online communities (Reddit, Quora, forums).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure reputation impact and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, content strategy, and AI-generated search considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead online reputation management initiatives, improving brand presence across search engines, AI-generated results, and authoritative platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, Sitejabber).
  • Develop and execute strategies to leverage online communities such as Reddit and Quora for sentiment shaping, traffic generation, and brand discovery.
  • Collaborate with AI/SEO specialists to ensure user-generated content, reviews, and reputation signals are properly indexed and recognized by search engines and generative AI models.
  • Analyze the impact of reputation programs on key business metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Design company-wide workflows, systems, and playbooks for consistent reputation and review management.
  • Partner with Customer Support to respond to user feedback, and contribute to SEO, PR, and content initiatives aligned with brand reputation objectives.
  • Build hypotheses, measure performance, and optimize SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management) initiatives to enhance branded search visibility.
