About The Position
The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides operations functions in various areas including high volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, and bindery equipment. This role involves performing associated copying tasks, shipping and receiving products and supplies, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, and applying necessary postage. The specialist is also responsible for copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. Additional duties may include bindery, quality control, housekeeping, file services, call center representation, and reception. Due to the higher level of presentation and telephone skills required, this position is classified as Senior On-Site Services Specialist. The position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.
