About The Position
WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior OnBase Systems Administrator to join our team in a remote capacity. As a leading not-for-profit health insurer and federal government contractor, WPS has been dedicated to making healthcare easier for over 75 years. In this role, you will function as an application owner supporting Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solutions from end to end. Your responsibilities will include assisting or leading installations and upgrades, researching security resolutions, and resolving customer incident reports while investigating proactive solutions to enhance system performance. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, enabling you to interact professionally with staff, management, vendors, and other stakeholders. You will need to explain technical subject matter to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely. This role requires a passion for building and evolving financial systems, collaborating with senior team members, and identifying potential system enhancements to improve customer use of financial data. You will work independently with general supervision, demonstrating flexibility and organization in managing your workload. In this position, you will gain valuable experience working in an Agile SCRUM-based environment alongside a diverse team. You will support highly visible solutions that meet the growing functional demands of the business while working on complex OnBase enterprise platforms.
