The Okta Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Okta's Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop comprehensive IAM strategies. The engineer will provide expert-level guidance on the configuration, integration, and customization of Okta's platform to meet unique business requirements, conduct assessments, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve security, compliance, and overall efficiency of the IAM solution. Additionally, the engineer will troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Okta integrations, develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Okta technologies. The role also includes leading customer workshops, presentations, and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
