Requirements

• University degree in Law, Taxation, Accounting or equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in taxation and legal compliance, preferably in the mining or industrial sector
• Mastery of tax laws and mining regulations in the DRC
• Knowledge of international compliance standards and reporting practices

Nice To Haves

• Tax certifications or legal compliance will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international tax laws.
• Ensure the follow-up of internal tax and legal compliance.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits and legal inspections to be carried out by state services.
• Monitor legislative and tax developments in order to provide relevant advice to management.
• Collaborate with all departments to identify and integrate legal and regulatory requirements specific to each activity.
• Maintain effective communication with tax and administrative authorities.
• Compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.
