Requirements

  • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering, know-your-customer).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with banking systems.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational tasks and processes accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Review and verify transactions, documents, and reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses for management review and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to resolve issues, streamline processes, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Identify potential risks and operational inefficiencies, proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and products, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of relevant banking regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
  • May be involved in coaching and mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
