About The Position

About the Department The Innovation Strategy & Planning team leads and drives the bank’s digital innovation and analytics transformation. The team ensures that innovation strategy pillars and objectives are operationalised and implemented through actionable and measurable plans and initiatives, with close collaborations across various functions within the Group.

Requirements

  • Recognised university degree; fresh graduates or candidates with relevant business or project management experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) and SAP PEMS.
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within an agile and innovation-oriented team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative and operational matters for the Innovation Group, ensuring timely and accurate execution of business activities.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires — including full-time employees, contract staff, and vendors — by coordinating access, equipment requests, workspace setup and required documentation to ensure a smooth and timely work engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to Innovation Group initiatives, including meeting coordination, formulation of PowerPoint presentation materials, documentation support and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a central point of contact for administrative matters between Innovation Group, internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, HR, CRES, IT) and external stakeholders (e.g. business partners and vendors).
  • Develop process documentation, track timelines, manage reporting and drive follow-up actions for governance, procurement, business continuity, and risk management activities within the Innovation Group.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reviews, audit and assurance activities.
  • Support internal communications by preparing and disseminating updates, announcements and knowledge-sharing materials to keep the Innovation Group updated and informed.
  • Support procurement and sourcing processes in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist with procurement, budget tracking and expense administration, including raising purchase orders, invoice verification, cost allocation and timely payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Innovation Group assets (e.g., equipment, software licenses, shared resources), including tracking, documentation and periodic reviews to ensure proper usage and accountability.
  • Coordinate and support logistics, administrative arrangements and documentation related to the Innovation Group’s relocation to Punggol Digital District.
  • Support various operational tasks and team initiatives to enable effective delivery of Innovation Group priorities, and undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the manager to support the Innovation Group's objectives and initiatives.
