Anaplan seeks a Senior Office Coordinator in our Minneapolis location to join one of the fastest-growing cloud vendors. Make your mark on the industry. This role will report to the Manager of North American Workplace Services within our People team.   • Provide superior customer experience by greeting clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and helpful approach, guiding them as needed into the office.
  • Respond to employees' inquiries in a professional manner in our ticketing system and internal messaging platform, and route tickets to the property manager as necessary.
  • Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting ID badges and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms - partner and coordinate with IT, Training, and other department leaders in preparing for events, meetings, training, etc.
  • Maintain open communication, meaningful insights, and recommendations for improvements in the office location.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Plan for catering and partnering with various vendors regularly.
  • Prior related experience as a receptionist or in office services support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong writing, speaking, and grammar skills with a professional demeanor.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
  • Ability to multitask, complete items, and be flexible based on constantly evolving deadlines.
  • Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 USD
