The Senior Occupancy Planner will manage the supply, capacity, and demand of a building, campus, or regional portfolio of space for a specific client at the business unit level and group level. This role serves in a leadership capacity on the Occupancy Planning team, coordinating multiple business unit requests in alignment with the overall occupancy strategy. The Senior Occupancy Planner will identify, coordinate, and plan space and programming services on multiple projects throughout the client portfolio as assigned. This includes answering questions about current space availability, workplace conditions, and headcount projections by business unit. The responsibilities of the Senior Occupancy Planner include providing a single point of contact for business unit-related planning questions, developing space and migration strategies on an enterprise-wide basis, leading and facilitating regular client space solution meetings, summarizing findings and recommendations for action or consideration by the client, and reporting the status of major initiatives affecting planning decisions for the sites. The role also involves developing migration plans, facilitating planning issue resolutions, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, and maintaining outstanding relationships with internal and external customers to understand business requirements. Additionally, the Senior Occupancy Planner may train, develop, and evaluate JLL associates as necessary.
