Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years Program Management experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong work ethic, an ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations
- Previous experience leading Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and system builds

- Technical major strongly preferred
- NPI Programs experience
Responsibilities
- Help deliver extraordinary products on time by leading new product build readiness and cross-functional alignment
- Ensure continuous process improvement by tracking and publishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helping to implement process improvements when critical metric results are below target
- Run a checklist of cross-functional results for your programs and ensure that team members are completing assignments on time
- Lead and attend cross-functional NPI meetings related to your products and highlight key Operations issues, handle them to closure to ensure the product is ready for production
- Suggest process improvements, work to get cross-functional alignment for your suggestions and detail the revised processes to help the entire team become more efficient
