The Testing Team is responsible for managing the North America and EMEA product and non-product curiosities across the business. As the Non-Product Testing Analyst, this individual will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, analysis and reporting of pricing, promotional, visual, operational and real-estate learnings across our family of brands. They will work closely with various cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution, while also playing a heavy hand in the analysis and share out of test results. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator. The successful candidate must be a creative problem solver and analytical thinker with a strong sense of urgency. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
