About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Networking and Wireless Engineer with a background in AI/ML. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in these areas and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python and Java. Understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Linux networking tools, and WiFi/Networking protocols.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have willingness and flexibility to work as part of a high-caliber international/multi-site team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Networking and Wireless Engineering: Design, implement, and troubleshoot advanced networking and WiFi wireless systems, ensuring robust and secure connectivity.
  • Linux Networking: Manage and optimize Linux-based networking systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Data Path Engineering: Develop and maintain efficient data path solutions to support high-speed data processing and transmission.
  • AI/ML Development: Develop and integrate AI/ML algorithms and models to enhance networking and wireless solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and data scientists, to integrate AI/ML solutions with networking and wireless technologies.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI/ML, networking, and wireless technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
