We are seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of our enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure. This is a high-impact role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision to secure our hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You’ll be the go-to expert for network security operations, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.

  • Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for network security operations.
  • Architect and implement secure network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud CoE) to ensure secure solution design.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for network security performance and incident response.
  • Lead and document incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain and evolve network security policies, procedures, and runbooks.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical network support.
