About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. AT&T is looking for a Senior Network Project Manager to join our Project Management Deployment team based in either Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading, galvanizing, supporting, managing, and driving our deployment strategies of our Layers 0/1, 2, & 3 technologies in support of network growth, infrastructures, and turn-up. You will be tasked with project managing multiple projects simultaneously across multiple program types. You will collaborate using cross-functional skills with partnering business units to oversee projects and their program phases to completion through install, multi-verifications, testing, and turn-up. You will utilize several Tooling Methods, Databases, Emails, MS Teams, Media, and Gen AI to leverage efficiency and remove roadblocks that may delay timely completions.

Requirements

  • Ability to notice trends of delay or trends of success factors that may be leveraged to improve overall efficiency of project and program deployment success.
  • Lead the on-time delivery of our network technologies to support customer growth in our network.
  • Use available tools & systems to improve processes and drive down deployment intervals.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A positive energy & proactive approach towards working multiple units within tight time constraints.
  • 5+ years relevant experience (Project Management, Program Oversight, Data Analysis)
  • Experience with managing initiatives for customer related deadlines and service verifications
  • Experience with Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability multi-task and oversee large amounts of projects across various territories.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and/or program phases through Hand-off, Install, EVT, SVT, NVT, AVT, RFS stages for customer turn-up based on the customer requested due date.
  • Partner with supporting business units such as Planning, MEI's, CNIO, TPC, and TAC to ensure process intervals remain on time.
  • Support vendor relations ensuring that equipment is received and installation completes.
  • Oversee large project complexities while identifying and resolving bottlenecks withing the turn-up process.
  • Foreshadow how to maneuver efficiently through jeopardy managements, equipment inventories, card/material orders, circuit provisioning, and more.
  • Track, analyze, and report metrics on project/program initiatives with executive level read-out reviews.
