We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Senior Network Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using FS8/VAURA sales, training, and business methodologies. As a Senior Network Performance Manager you will be expected to take a leadership role within the broader Performance Management team. You will be included in Performance strategy discussions with senior leadership and will be responsible for providing insights from the field for both yourself and the broader team, as well as be tasked with the responsibility of managing the team’s execution of select key strategic initiatives as directed by the General Manager. You will also be responsible for carrying out the day to day activities of a Network Performance Manager for your designated region, so that the studio owners and studio teams within your region receive exceptional Performance support. Your priority will be increasing AUVs (average unit volumes) across your studio portfolio through the provision of studio and regional specific operational recommendations, sales support, and business development solutions. You will be expected to engage with Franchisees via in-person meetings and via daily online remote communications when not in the field.
