Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, plus 10 years of professional experience in Network Engineering support and training
  • OR Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field, plus 12 years of relevant experience
  • OR No degree, but 16 years of relevant Network Engineering experience, including a recognized industry certification such as: Juniper Certification Tracks, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Arista Configuration Essentials
  • Must hold an Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I certification
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
  • Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
  • Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
  • Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
  • Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements
