Where You Will Work Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you'll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. What You Will Do Collaborate with the network operations team to maintain and enhance the performance and availability of enterprise network infrastructure, including data, video, voice, and wireless systems. Lead efforts in developing installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures, and provide technical leadership on operational and project-related work. Design and implement network solutions that minimize outages and ensure a seamless user experience. Conduct service analysis, respond to escalated issues, and work with internal teams and external providers to ensure effective delivery. Oversee planned maintenance activities, configure and support network equipment, and interface with business users to define communication requirements. Contribute to process documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field + eight (8) years of experience in information network services
  • OR
  • High school diploma or GED + twelve (12) years of experience in information network services
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure design and support concepts
  • Experience managing complex network projects and operational tasks
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
  • Experience contributing to budget preparation and managing project resources

Nice To Haves

  • Eight (8) or more years of experience in networking with Cisco routers and switches
  • Cisco switch/route certification, ENCOR preferred. Substantiated experience may substitute
  • Experience with OSPF, BGP, and VRF technologies
  • Experience with Load Balancing and WAN optimization
  • Experience with network monitoring tools, preferably Catalyst Center
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience and working knowledge of troubleshooting tools including packet capture and analysis
