About The Position

Note:- Local to Brea and in the office 3-5 days a week is mandatory. Travel to Europe the first 1 to 2 month of project may be required, so need to ensure candidate has proper documentation to travel. (Expenses will be paid) Serve as Tier 3 support resource (IT Escalation). On Call Rotation. Primary: Palo Alto, Cisco ISE, Wireless, SDWan Secondary: F5, ZScaler Candidates must have solid hands on expertise in: Routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, routing policies, redistribution, etc.) Switching (VLANs, STP, LACP, trunking, access control, etc.) Network troubleshooting across L2/L3 environments Security Technologies – Strong Candidates should have strong experience working with: Firewall technologies, especially Palo Alto Networks (PAN OS) Security policies, NAT, VPNs, threat profiles, App ID, User ID, logging & analysis Advanced Technologies – Mild/Working Knowledge SD WAN (VMware VeloCloud preferred) Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP networking fundamentals, security groups, VPC, connectivity, etc.) Key Requirements Possess a strong understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IPsec for secure and efficient network communications. Strong experience with support of SDWAN solution (Velo cloud) Expert level experience in Cisco Data Center and Campus Switching and routing. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of networking technologies, WAN communications, and security concepts, including TCP/IP, QoS, MPLS, DMVPN and IPSec. Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, Cisco ASA firewalls, including advanced features like threat prevention, S2S VPNs, remote VPN solution, and security policies, F5 load balancers. Troubleshooting experience on SDWAN velo cloud, routing / Switching protocols, security, VPN issues. Experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) or similar solutions is a plus Ability to implement design architecture objectives that align with client demand & business goals Participate in the deployment of complex solutions, create written deliverables, and conduct client workshops Monitor and maintain network security, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Proven knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices good understanding of Change process High degree of flexibility and willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and on-call. Effective communication skills. Should be able to deal with users from across the regions Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and provide effective solutions. #LI-MA1 #LI-HYBRID
