About The Position

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION, MANAGEMENT, AND SUPPORT OF ENTERPRISE NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE ACROSS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. LEADS STRATEGIC NETWORK INITIATIVES, TROUBLESHOOTS COMPLEX ISSUES, AND ENSURES A SECURE AND HIGH-PERFORMING ENVIRONMENT THAT SUPPORTS BUSINESS OPERATIONS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Strong expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar network platforms.
• Solid knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking (Azure/AWS), and network segmentation.
• Proven experience managing high-availability environments and redundancy strategies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and logging tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure during incidents.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN, and cloud-based networking systems.
• Plan and implement network infrastructure projects including upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues using tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar.
• Manage and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, wireless controllers, and other network appliances.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Implement and enforce security policies and access controls in collaboration with the InfoSec team.
• Work with vendors to evaluate new technologies and manage network-related contracts and support agreements.
• Lead or assist with disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts.
• Mentor junior network staff and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on infrastructure initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a modern, secure, and scalable network.
