As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our global network infrastructure. You will also mentor Infrastructure Operations team members to strengthen Tier I/II network support and monitoring capabilities. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance network solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments. Your work will be central to advancing our enterprise connectivity strategy, with a strong emphasis on innovation, reliability, and security.

  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network systems, including VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Lead the implementation of secure network solutions across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance across global locations to ensure high availability and low latency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Champion the adoption of SD-WAN, Zero Trust architecture, and modern remote access technologies.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure.
  • Serve as escalation point for tier I/II teams and participate in infrastructure on-call rotation.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in network security and architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise network engineering, with deep expertise in routing, switching, and network security.
  • Experience with Palo Alto and HPE/Aruba switching and wireless technologies is preferred.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with cloud networking in AWS; familiarity with Azure and/or GCP is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, firewalls, and load balancing technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and mentor Infrastructure Operations team members.
