  • Oversee the implementation of network projects primarily in the classified networks, in accordance with change management policies.
  • Stay abreast of new and future technologies and policy changes in the classified space.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 technicians in the classified environment.
  • 2-4 years' experience with a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., cybersecurity, computer science, computer engineering) or 4-7 years' equivalent experience in networking.
  • Experienced in project management and planning, building and implementing projects.
  • Experience in implementing DISA STIGs, cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with routing protocols.
  • Experience in access control lists, firewalls, load balancing, VPN technologies, enterprise wireless technologies, and other security technologies.
  • Broad understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the networking field.
  • Understanding of DoD and networking baselines and compliance requirements (i.e., CORA and CMMC).
  • Experience configuring and implementing network access control solutions, such as Cisco ISE, in secure environments.
  • Candidate must possess the ability to obtain a DoD 8140.03 baseline certification and relevant specific technology training within 6 months of initial employment.
  • Must maintain a minimum of one DOD 8140 Cyber Workforce Qualification Program security certification.
  • One or more of the following vendor-specific professional certifications is required: Cisco and Palo.
