About The Position

Looking for a Senior Network Engineer / Team Lead to drive Network Operations, deliver on new processes, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and interface with the customer to drive these efforts to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years' experience leading a team of network engineers.
• 5+ years' experience with NetScaler Citrix.
• Expertise with Cisco switches and network software upgrades.
• Expert troubleshooting skills for complex network issues.
• Experience with Cisco ASA Firewall 5500 / Firepower.
• Experience with Cisco IPsec VPN troubleshooting.
• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Experience with SolarWinds automation scripts.
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls Panorama.
• Experience analyzing PCAP Files using Wireshark.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, Wireless, and various network technologies.
• Familiarity with Change Management Process and TLS certificates renewals and installs.
• Experience troubleshooting using Riverbed, Splunk, and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Network Operations and deliver on new processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Interface with the customer to drive efforts to completion.
• Lead a team of network engineers.
• Update technical documentation and maintain implementation of the SOP for network security.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Manage vulnerability remediation processes.
• Work after hours and weekends during maintenance windows as needed.
