As a member of the larger IT Infrastructure team, provide technical support for system-wide data and voice networks. This position requires knowledge of multiple systems including network circuits, routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, UPS's and other power management systems, as well as voice and contact center systems and applications. May mentor lower-level engineers as requested. Will provide service that requires an understanding of the customers technical and business environment. Will include on-call rotation requiring work outside regular business hours. Partner with teams across IT to develop integrated solutions.
