The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Senior Network Engineer, Information Technology [R0144625]. Primary responsibilities include administration of enterprise network infrastructure components critical to the connectivity of UNLV's campus and constituents. The position will require advanced network administration skills and will collaborate and work with other engineers to design, implement, monitor, and operate the UNLV enterprise network composed of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and structured cabling. This position will require collaboration with OIT's system and database administrators to facilitate a robust campus wide infrastructure. The position will also assume a leadership role in the strategic planning, development and administration of the UNLV wireless network.
