About The Position
What You’ll Do Own and manage enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and security Design, implement, and maintain secure connectivity across hybrid cloud environments Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network and cloud-related issues impacting business-critical systems Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support enterprise platforms and SaaS solutions Drive continuous improvement in network architecture, segmentation, and access control Required Experience Enterprise Network Administration You have hands-on ownership of enterprise networks, including: Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking (VLANs, routing, switching) Enterprise firewall platforms (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or equivalent) Firewall rule design, change management, and troubleshooting Site-to-site and remote access VPNs DNS and DHCP administration Network segmentation and access control Troubleshooting network issues impacting: Identity services Cloud platforms Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Microsoft Azure administration (strong focus on networking) Hybrid environments integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure Secure connectivity design between environments Cloud networking concepts (private/public endpoints, secure access patterns) Identity & Access (Network-Adjacent) Active Directory administration Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Hybrid identity troubleshooting Virtualization & Compute VMware ESXi / vSphere (or equivalent) Virtual networking within virtualization platforms VM lifecycle management and connectivity troubleshooting Operating Systems Windows Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022) Scripting & Automation PowerShell for administration and automation What We’re Looking For 5+ years in a senior or lead role (Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or Cloud Administrator) Proven experience supporting production enterprise environments Demonstrated technical leadership and decision-making authority Ability to work independently and take full ownership of infrastructure Why Join Us Opportunity to own and shape enterprise infrastructure Work in a modern hybrid cloud environment Be a key contributor in a high-impact, highly visible role Collaborative team culture with a strong focus on technology and innovation
Requirements
